Every order is printed or embroidered to order for you. Here’s how delivery works, and what happens if something isn’t right.
Delivery
- We post orders anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow your parcel to the door.
- Tracked 48 usually arrives within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
- For custom and bulk orders we’ll confirm the production time when we quote. Got a deadline? Tell us before you order and we’ll say whether we can meet it.
- Local to Wetherby? Ask us about other options when you get your quote.
Returns on personalised items
Printed and embroidered items are made to your specification, so they can’t be returned or refunded just because you’ve changed your mind. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email info@dovitee.co.uk as soon as possible with your order details and a photo. We’ll put it right with a reprint, replacement or refund. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
