Who we are
Dovitee Limited (company no. 12196056) prints and embroiders clothing at our workshop: Unit 717c, Chapel Wood, Street 3, Thorp Arch Estate, Wetherby, West Yorkshire LS23 7FF. Our registered office is Suite 3b Kings House, 1 King Street, Leeds LS1 2HH. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect what you put in the form: your name, email, phone number, company or club name, the garments, colours, sizes and print or embroidery positions you choose, your message, and any logo or artwork files you upload.
If you place an order in our shop, we also collect your delivery and billing details. Card payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
How we use it, and why
- To reply to your enquiry, price your job and make your order. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing the contract.
- To keep order and accounting records. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it (Google Analytics). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the business: our website host (Bluehost), our email provider (Titan), our payment provider for shop orders, delivery companies for your parcel, our accountant, and Google (only if you accept analytics cookies). Some of these may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and artwork: up to 2 years, so we can repeat your order. Orders and invoices: 6 years, as required for tax. You can ask us to delete your artwork or enquiry sooner.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of essential cookies and browser storage so the site works: your shop basket, the garments in your quote list, and your cookie choice. These don’t need consent.
With your permission, we also use Google Analytics. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years) to count visits and see which pages are used and how people found us. We switch on IP anonymisation and don’t use it for advertising. Google Analytics only loads if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Reject, no analytics cookies are set.
You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email info@dovitee.co.uk and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
