1. Who we are
Dovitee is a trading name of Dovitee Limited, registered in England and Wales. We provide custom garment printing and embroidery services from our workshop in Wetherby. Contact: info@dovitee.co.uk, 07563 636343.
2. Orders
All orders placed through this website or by quotation form an offer to purchase, accepted when we confirm your order. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. We may decline any order at our discretion, including artwork we consider unlawful or offensive.
3. Personalised goods — no cancellation
Custom-printed and embroidered items are made to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. Once production has started, personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless faulty.
4. Your artwork
You confirm you own, or have permission to use, any artwork, logos or text you upload. You are responsible for spelling, layout and content as approved at order. We print what you approve — please check carefully. We accept no liability for errors contained in customer-approved designs.
5. Colours and appearance
Screen colours are indicative only. Garment and print colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Placement shown in the designer is a close guide; minor variation may occur in production.
6. Faulty items
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted (differing from your approved design) or faulty, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will reprint or refund it. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Delivery
Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for losses caused by courier delays. Risk passes to you on delivery.
8. Quotations and bulk orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Bulk orders may require a deposit and artwork approval before production. Garment supply is subject to availability from our suppliers.
9. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
10. Intellectual property
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Website content and branding remain our property.
11. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Last updated: August 2026.
